Al Kuhaimi Metal Industries Ltd. (KMI) is a manufacturing and engineering company that started
operations in Dammam in 1975. KMI distributes its products to domestic and international
clients mainly in the construction and safety & security markets for both public and private
sectors. Market segments served include but are not limited to: commercial, residential,
industrial, security and defense, energy, oil and gas.
KMI has five manufacturing divisions offering a wide range of steel products focusing on, but
not limited to, physical safety and security products, which include; standard or fire rated doors,
blast resistant doors, bullet resistant doors, security doors, detention doors, gas tight doors,
sliding gates, large hangar doors, aircraft hangar doors, rolling doors, crash rated fence and gates,
water control gates, as well as many other types of doors and metal products.
KMI is ISO 9001-2015 certified, and has been ISO certified since 16 years. KMI implements high
standards of manufacturing and quality control. Most of the products are tested and certified in
the U.S and Europe to meet relevant international codes and standards.
