Product Information

A choke valve is a mechanical device that causes the flow line to constrict, causing either a pressure drop or a lower flow rate. In the context of the upstream oil and gas industry, throttle valves are used wherever there is a need to control flow and pressure at the wellhead. Throttle valves are generally used in naturally aspirated engines to supply a richer fuel mixture when the engine is started.
