The Arabian Chemical Co. (Polystyrene) Ltd. is a Joint Venture between E. A. Juffali & Brothers and The Dow Chemical Co. (the Inventor of Extruded Polystyrene since more than 60 years ago).
The Company started its production of StyrofoamTM Brand Extruded Polystyrene Thermal Insulation boards in mid 1986 after having marketed, promoted and sold Styrofoam for 10 years through Imports.
ACC PS has created awareness in the Saudi private and public Saudi Sectors of the benefits of Styrofoam* Thermal Insulation to human comfort, Energy Conservation and Environment protection.
Our production facility is spread over a land of 30,000 sq. meters in Jeddah Industrial Estate 3rd Phase.
It consists of the Production Hall, 4,000 m2, The Warehouse of finished and raw materials product (5000M2) and a diversification building (3,000 M2) in which we produce Diversification Products like Insulation Inserts for Thermoblock production by others, Roofmate Rooftile, a composite tile that Incorporate concrete top over insulation board, and a panel made of Wallmate GB a composite element of gypsum board laminated to insulation board used to insulate building from inside.
The capacity of the plant was upgraded to three folds, its original Nameplate Capacity to answer increasing local demands year after year resources and Development.
ACC (PS) is backed technically by its foreign partners R & D which continuously introduce innovation to the facilities and specially in the field of product enhancement with top consideration for Environment Protection which necessitated converting to Blowing Agents not harmful to the Ozone layer.
ACC (PS) is a market leader in the field of Extruded Polystyrene with presence in all GCC markets.
