Product Information

A Refrigeration Compressor draws refrigerant from the evaporator at a relatively low pressure, compresses it and then discharges it to the condenser where it is cooled. The refrigerant then moves to the expansion valve and the evaporator before being compressed again.

How does refrigeration compressor work?

The compressor receives low pressure gas from the evaporator and converts it to high pressure gas through compression, as the name states. As the gas is compressed, the temperature rises. The hot refrigerant gas then flows to the condenser.
