We manufacture and supply EMC filters to many of the worlds largest suppliers of inverters, such as Omron Electronics, Mitsubishi Electric, Fuji Electric, Toshiba and Yaskawa.

Our product range includes standard generic EMC filters and specialist bespoke items, designed by us to meet requirements of specific applications.

 EMC Research and Development

Anechoic Chamber

Rasmi is very proud of its testing capabilities. As well as for design work, the anechoic chamber gives Rasmi the facility to test a customer’s piece of equipment, such as an AC Drive, then the same combined with a filter.

EMC Test Receivers

From the acquired data we are able to design a filter to match the customer’s product. Also Rasmi can visit the customer’s site or product location to carry out on-site emission testing.

Climatic Test Chamber

We also perform and record tests on our products at varying ambient temperature and humidity to ensure performance levels are achieved in all possible operating environments.

Founded in 1974 by Dr. P. Surendra, Rasmi Electronics Ltd is a family-run business based in Stanley, Co. Durham. We specialise in the design and manufacture of EMC/RFI products and lighting systems for high volume orders and bespoke requirements.

We have extensive research, design and production facilities and have been developing and providing quality solutions on a long-term basis for global customers such as Omron, Hitachi, Mitsubishi and Yaskawa Electric.

Rasmi’s competitively-priced EMC components are used in many types of electrical and electronic installations, from small domestic and office appliances up to multi-kW industrial inverter and servo motor drive systems.

Rasmi has achieved BSI Certification for its Quality Management System; ISO 9001:2015, its Occupational Health and Safety Management System ; OHSAS 18001:2007 and its Environmental Management System: ISO 14001:2015. Rasmi has also obtained UL certification for many products.

Please bear in mind that whilst we do keep a small quantity of many of our items in stock, we will often manufacture items to order. This could lead to some delay depending on stock and material availability and on number of items ordered. If you are unsure what product best suits your application please contact our Technical Department, as we have a huge range of products, of which only a small quantity appear for sale on our on-line store. We can generally recommend an existing product or can design and manufacture a custom product to suit your needs.

We provide shipping to the UK and Europe via DPD, charges vary by geographical location, for Non-European locations we provide goods on an Ex-Works basis only.
