DOLLINGER FILTER ELEMENTS

Selecting the right filter medium depends on specific operating conditions. Dollinger therefore offers a range of over 200 different filter media. Dollinger filter elements include natural and synthetic materials, such as polyester, glass fiber (woven or needle-felted), Teflon, cotton and stainless steel. Dollinger filter elements are capable of up to 99.97% efficiency at 0.3 microns.

AIR INTAKE FILTERS

Dollinger manufactures standard air intake filters with capacities from 1,000 to 60,000 scfm and with connections up to 48 inches. Larger filters can be custom-designed. But rather than just selling you a filter, Dollinger will carefully evaluate your specific contaminant situation and air purity requirements, and can offer assistance with sampling and particle size distribution analysis. We will then recommend the most effective combination of filter design and element efficiency.

AIR, GAS, LIQUID & VACUUM PIPELINE FILTERS

Dollinger Pipeline Filters for designed for air, gas, liquid, vacuum and coaelscing applications. Dollinger in-line filter housings are designed to selectively target and remove unwanted contaminants like dirt, rust, pipe scale, oil and water from compressed air, gas or process liquids. The Dollinger concept of filter design offers many benefits. Above all, it maximizes the effective filtration area – this results in lower differential pressure loss, increased dirt holding capacity, and extended service life.

OIL EXHAUST FILTERS

Dollinger oil exhaust filters are designed to recover fugitive oil mist emissions. These highly efficient, dynamically engineered oil mist eliminator systems capture oil mist emissions from the lubricant reservoirs of high speed rotating equipment. The Dollinger Oil Mist Eliminator (OME) is a filtration system of superior efficiency – it collects 99.97% of oil droplets 0.3 micron and larger, thus removing virtually 100% of oil mist emissions.

HYDROGEN PURIFICATION SYSTEM

The Dollinger HPS is used in electrical power generating plants to dry and purify the hydrogen used as a coolant for generators. The Dollinger Hydrogen Purification System is a self-contained, automatic purification system for generator coolant gas incorporating an automatic dual-chamber desiccant dryer, particulate afterfilter, positive displacement blower, and optional prefilter and carbon lead absorber.
