20 years ago. Hitachi Japan and Shanghai Highly group had set up u joint venture "Shanghai Hitachi Electrical Appliances Co. Ltd." China recognized the opportunities of rapid economic development across the world and Highly Group thus became the leading supplier of AC compressor with annual production capacity of 18 million units. Now 20 years later, in Ahmedabad, India, Highly Electrical Appliances India Private Limited is operational with 2 million units annual production capacity. To become the global No.1 air conditioning compressor supplier is the vision and dream of our company.

As one of the fast growing economies of the BRICS, the huge market potential gives us an opportunity to realize our dreams. Hence India market is on important segment of our global strategy. 5 years ago, we founded a technical service center in Delhi, a critical step to penetrate the India market.

Today, with new store of the art factory in Ahmedabad, with most advanced equipment and R&D personnel in India, out dream has come true. Along with the inauguration of Highly Electrical Appliances India Private Limited, Highly technology center in Japan will also be operational soon. Thus Highly will take a giant step forward in ITS global strategy.
