ID Mounted Beveling Machine uses an expandable spindle that slides into the open end of the tube. The pull nut, which extends the spindle blocks up the ramp and against the ID surface, is tightened for positive, self-centering and square mounting on the bore. As the tool bit is fed into the material from the end, a bevel corresponding to the predetermined angle of the ground angle of the bit is produced. Bits are available for virtually any material or angle of inclination required, and bits can be custom manufactured for any shape tooling process.
