In this way, Ariostea allows you to appreciate and take full advantage of some of the most prized materials available. Other hallmarks include exceptional functionality, hygiene, safety and long-lasting durability: for what can also be seen as the perfect green, ecological alternative. The concept of the material is new and constantly being developed upon in the search for ultimate quality.

High Technology

Ariostea technologies are unique: they are devised, designed and implemented directly in-house at the company’s own sites (which cover the know-how, mechanics and software), and are protected by international patents. Ariostea high-tech porcelain tiles are made using only the choicest of mineral natural raw materials which are subjected to a process similar to that undergone by rocks on our planet over millennia. Put to high pressure and intense heat (up to 1300°) these raw materials, carefully researched worldwide, form a material of extreme compactness, homogeneousness and nonabsorbency.

Ariostea's mission is to combine the high-quality technology to the unique beauty of nature, the Italian creative genius to the constant attention to the environment, proposing aesthetic stimuli and emotions able to improve the most fine quarry materials.
Thanks to continuous investment in quality research and of products development, Ariostea's specialisation allows to generate a production process similar to one made by nature during whole geological eras, combining primary elements (water, ground and fire) that give life to alternative materials to natural ones, of incomparable beauty and superior quality.

RESISTANCE AND VERSATILITY

The compactness and structural uniformity of Ariostea products ensure their exceptional resistance to abrasion, flexure, frost and chemical agents, and therefore make them ideal for any application, whether for floors or for walls. The tiles can be laid in areas subject to intensive use, put to a whole range of external applications ( High-Tech Natural Stones and High-Tech Woods are among the most sought after) and used in architecturally impressive buildings where tiled floors have to blend gracefully in with stylish surroundings.

The technical and aesthetic properties of Ariostea high-tech tiles are uniform throughout, ensuring consistent processing of all the marble, wood and ornamental stone. CONSTANT QUALITY

Computerized electronic management of the production process guarantees a long-lasting structural quality and an aesthetics that is rich, naturally but controlled variable. Innovative technical solutions enable random variation in the veining and blends of colours, avoiding all repetition: each tile is unique, different from all the others, with its very own veining that courses all the way through exactly as intended by nature.

SINGLE CALIBRE

The squaring and grinding in a single manufacturing process (single calibre) to which are put all of Ariostea high-tech materials, regardless of finish, guarantee not only constant quality in terms of the finished products’ dimensions (vastly simplifying the design and processing of all the tiles) but also enable the combination of different surfaces and materials. This standard of quality also permits modular installation in the many sizes, aided moreover by the uniform thickness of the various materials (single thickness).

CUSTOMIZATION

The infinite forms and shapes, the option of creating graphical elements with hydrojet and chromatic laser-cutting technology, the sheer variety of ornamental features and an endless range of special parts offer almost unlimited possibilities for customizing all commercial premises, no matter how large, busy, refined or exclusive.
