It is the largest and well known manufacturer of central air conditioner fan and building fans (Engineering fans) in Asia. 2006,TaizhouWolter Ventilation Co.,Ltd is established as a joint venture with WolterGmbh& Co.a German fan company.

2007,Identified as China Famous Brand, becomes the most competitive brand in the HVAC fan field in China; Was identified as Zhejiang Province patent demonstration enterprises.

2008,Yilida is shortlisted the top 500 of the Science and Technology Famous Brands of China, passes the OHSAS18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System certification.

2010,Zhejiang Yilida TechnologyCo., Ltd is founded; The existing company name changed to Zhejiang Yilida Ventilator Co., Ltd.

2011,A new plant in Tianjin is established, and Yilida is re-identified as the National High-tech Enterprise；Yilida enter the field of brushless EC motor , in the same year Yintegrationilida get the invention patent of new energy saving motor.

2012,Yilida is successfully listedon Shenzhen Stock Exchange with Stock# 0026862013. Asia AMCA Board member.

2013,Acquires the major ownership of Fulihua, a leader in axial fans and motors.

2014,Yilida acquires Zhejiang MaEr fan motor company successfully.

2015,Yilida acquires Qingdao advanced marine material technology Co., LTD,(AMMT) and Essentec Industries Co., Ltd. And, Yilida’s new smart factory is completed and put into production.

2016,Chairman of Asia AMCA Board.

2017,Acquired the leadr automobile charger in new engrgy vehicles industry,HangzhouTiecheng Information Technology Co.,LTD. ; Yilida Malaysia Operation.

2018,Introducing strategic investment from Zheshang Asset Management Co.,Ltd., become an company held by State-owned Asset Supervision and Administration Commission(SASAC) of the People’s Government of Zhejiang Province.

Yilida’s products come with  the United States AMCA certification and national energy efficiency and labeling energy efficiency testing laboratory certification.The products strictly comply with  AMCA (Air Movement and Control Association), DIN (German Standardization Association), BS (British Standards Association), CE, UL (American Underwriters Laboratories), TUV and other international standards.Furthermore,Yilida participates in the progress of amendment of AMCA Standards and publications.

Four Research Centers

Yilida set up a provincial level fan technology center, Yilida fan provincial level enterprise research institute, dedicated to the fan,energy-saving motor research and application,to create a professional R&D team,and constantly develop all kinds of new products in Taizhou headquarters.

Yilida established an air movement research and development center in Shanghai,with the help of many well-known domestic and foreign institutions, carry on theoretical research in the fan and air flow field and develop product together.

Worldundefineds LeadingIntegrated Laboratory

Yilida establishes full performance laboratory which complies with United States AMCA Standard with maximum air flow measurement of  250000 m3/h, which has passed the CNAS certification. Aerodynamic performance testing, dry and wet state testing of all type fans can be done in Laboratory. Under the condition of certain system resistance and certain rotating speed, at the same time, it can undertake acoustic index testing such as the acoustic spectrum testing(octave, 1/3 octave) of air inlet noise and outlet noise, and sound intensity directional testing. In addition, the laboratory can also undertake testings of research process, motor reliability and material testing. Through the improvement of testing ability, it can ensure product performance matches our catalogue data parameter, so Yilida products always stay on the forefront of the industry.
