We’ve invested heavily in improving our security infrastructure by installing state-of-the-art CCTV monitoring systems and access technology across all our cash sites.

Our multi-million pound fleet of High Speed Note Sorters allows us to process cash quickly, efficiently and accurately. We embed customer service experts across our organisation. And we invest in bespoke equipment that helps us deliver new services for our customers. We’re also part of the Institute of Customer Service.

Reputation as leading cash management experts

We’re industry thought-leaders. We chaired the Polymer working group, helping the cash industry prepare for the biggest currency change in a generation – the introduction of polymer notes. We also chaired the Olympic Planning Group, which prepared the cash industry for millions of extra visitors descending on London.
