MANUFACTURING

USSG has augmented its manufacturing capabilities with induction of state-of-the-art, computer numerically controlled (CNC) machines. Parts are manufactured using CAD-CAM technique.

Manufacturing operations are controlled and monitored at every stage by trained and skilled workforce. Major manufacturing facilities are as follows:-

• Latest CNC technology in sheet metal fabrication including a combination press capable of punching and laser operation.
• CNC bending machines and Corner Forming Machines
• Tig /Mig, Stud, Nut, Spot and Arc welding machines
• Electrostatic powder painting plants
