Professional Audio
Maximizing the emotional effects of sound in all kinds of spaces makes possible the creation of sound that is richly elegant, sensitively delicate or boldly audacious, as needed.

As music resounds through a concert hall, the artistry inherent in the sound itself ranges from the fiercely intense to the upliftingly pleasant and gentle. In sports stadiums, sound is an essential element in helping thousands of fans, absorbed in the emotional movement of the game, to share a common feeling. In such ways, the performance-enhancing power of sound has the capacity to transport people into extraordinary aural and emotional spaces. TOA offers audio equipment on par with the strictest standards of audio professionals, helping to make spaces more dramatic and pleasant, and contributing to the emotional movement and shared experience of the people who use them.

Information & Communication
Applying audio and video technology toward improved practicality and functionality is the key to developing information communication systems capable of matching the pace of accelerating progress.

Communicating important information quickly and efficiently is vital in busy public spaces where large numbers of people come and go at a dizzying pace. The innumerable repeated announcements and other types of audio and video guidance used in these spaces, while often taken for granted, are essential in helping people navigate these areas with a minimum of stress and confusion. Further, just as the evolution of powerful networks has freed our communications from conventional concepts of time and distance, dramatic advances in information technology daily expand our message exchange capabilities into increasingly sophisticated new scenarios. Amidst these advances, TOA combines technologies for Seeing, Hearing, and Communicating in unique and original ways to create information communication systems that are ever richer in amenity and convenience.

Security & Safety
Evacuation guidance and security systems demonstrate their true value in emergency situations. Such solid reliability can only be achieved through skillful application of the most advanced technology.

Increasing crime rates and a general decline in public safety are an unfortunate side effect of rapidly urbanizing regional communities. With such surrounding social conditions becoming increasingly unstable, the need for self-protection is advancing all too quickly. Advancing urbanization is also contributing to ever taller and more sophisticated buildings, and ensuring safety for the inhabitants of these structures in emergency situations such as fires, earthquakes, and other disasters is a difficult challenge-but one that is nevertheless among the most important foundations of any society. TOA is there to help, applying its audio and video technologies to cope with issues ranging from security to disaster, protecting people's lives and lifestyles, and contributing to improved safety and greater peace-of-mind.

Concrete technological capabilities demanded by the world.

New High-Quality, High-Efficiency "Total Assembly" Production System.

TOA's "total assembly" production system helps us more efficiently produce our wide range of products while maintaining the highest quality. In this system, several workers form a work station, and each station completes the entire assembly of their assigned product, taking responsibility for all production processes, from parts purchasing to the supply of the finished product. This has resulted in a significant increase in product precision, greatly minimized waste and heightened production efficiency, while increasing the speed with which our products can be shipped to market.

Quality And Vision Recognized Around The World.

TOA has received certification under ISO9001 international standards for quality assurance, in recognition of TOA's establishment of a total quality control system for manufacturing activities ranging from product planning to development, production, installation and after-sales service. Moreover, TOA has been focusing on protecting the Earth's environment as one of its key management themes, and actively promotes the development of technologies and products that reduce our impact on the earth. As a result of these efforts, TOA has also received ISO14001 certification, the international standards for environmental management systems. Further, TOA has achieved Level 2 of the CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration) international index for businesses involved with railway vehicles, which evaluates software development processes to ascertain the degree of capability attained. Continuous efforts are being made to improve our development capabilities and quality.

Prudent System For Quality Maintenance.

To ensure the confident, long-term use of its products, TOA has established a well-organized customer support system, including an Information Center. These facilities are always prepared to quickly respond to all technical questions and provide consultations on acoustics and sound, as well as to answer inquiries about our products. All comments and suggestions received are studied and passed on to corresponding departments as a means of ensuring better products in the future.
