Our brand

Our brand S&P has achieved worldwide recognition, thanks to our staff, quality and reliability, and innovation. The philosophical principles on which S&P was founded, and which are maintained to this day, are:

  • Proprietary technology:

    For the S&P project to be strong and consolidated over time, it was necessary that it be based on creativity and providing distinctive products, avoiding imitation of the competition. Over the company’s history, S&P has registered 80 patents, more than 20 industrial models and over 120 utility models.

  • Internationalisation and Growth:

    It was clear that in order to ensure the company’s future we had to open up to the world and to enter new, highly competitive markets. This has led us to carry out on-going improvements to our products. S&P is currently a world leader in ventilation, with production centres in Europe, America and Asia. A powerful distribution structure, through subsidiaries and exclusive distributors, allows S&P to be present in all world markets with both products and service.

  • Self-financing:

    One of the strengths of S&P has been our constant growth and policy of reinvesting profits in on-going technological improvements, both in research and production and in marketing. This has allowed S&P to be a self-financed company with complete independence in our decision-making process.

Company History

We have always believed in our project and we have made it happen. Reality has gone beyond borders and we have become a team. We have shown that our people, their behaviour and their knowledge will build the future.

Soler&Palau was created in 1951. In the early years, we worked hard, with great determination, to take Soler & Palau Ventilation Group beyond our borders and give it a global dimension. We are proud to have taken this path with all of the people that participate and have participated in this project.

Our corporate strategy defines both how we aim to position the company on the market and the path we follow to achieve this goal, without compromising the values of our corporate culture. Based on the pillars of Teamwork, Proximity and Respect for personal diversity, we have positioned the company on an international level, while at the same time applying local policies under the umbrella of our global philosophy.

The strength of our business results has given us financial independence with regard to funding. This position allows us to continue our investment across all areas of the business and to become pioneers in research, development and innovation. We anticipate the needs of the market by incorporating new ventilation products and solutions into our catalogue based on air-movement efficiency and energy savings.

Our highly motivated, skilled and honest workforce focuses its efforts on giving our clients only the highest standards of product quality and service.
We continually strive to preserve our values and improve training and knowledge, with the aim of strengthening our position of leadership in the ventilation market and our relationship with clients and partners.

Global presence:

From the beginning, Soler & Palau has seen constant growth. This first led to the enlargement of the original facilities and, later, to the creation of subsidiaries around the world and acquisition of other companies.

Our global philosophy and local policies are some of the keys to our success. Because nobody knows local markets better than the professionals that have direct contact with them.

In order to be closer to our clients, we have factories as well as sales and distribution subsidiaries on five continents. Our organisation is divided into 4 areas:

 

  • Europe:

    With direct presence in all countries.

  • North America:

    Where we are present in Mexico and the US states of Florida and Wisconsin. Unidos.

  • Latin America:

    In Brazil, Chile and Colombia

  • Asia:

    With subsidiaries in Malaysia, Shanghai, Wuhan, Thailand, Singapore, Beijing, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Taiwan, Korea, India, Philippines, Vietnam and the United Arab Emirates

  • Australia:

    With a subsidiary in Sydney.

After more than 60 years, S&P products and services are available in more than 90 countries around the world.
