In 1981, Saudi VETONIT Co. Ltd. (SAVETO) was established as a Saudi European JV, in partnership with the leading manufacturers of building finishing materials and specialty chemicals in northern Europe. In 1991, Rashed Al Rashed Group assumed full ownership of SAVETO, becoming the first Saudi Company to offer a full range of advanced construction chemicals and building materials to the Middle East and North Africa markets (MENA region) under SAVETO & VETONIT brands.

Saveto’s focus on the MENA region enabled the company to be the leading manufacturer in the region offering premium quality products that are best in class when it comes to compatibility with the regional environmental conditions, integrating an extensive distribution network, world class technical support and customer service; Saveto Group provides the ultimate formula of success through servicing the construction market in three core business Segments:

1. Saveto Projects Division:

When it comes to projects, Saveto staff act as partners to clients, consultants, and contractors alike with one thing in mind: Provide the right solution in order to conduct the activity only once. In construction projects sound technical advice and service makes the difference between success and failure, which is why Saveto provides various technical services free of charge such as: specifications support, site supervision, technical submittals, site samples and demos.

2. Vetonit Retail Division:

Saudi Vetonit is proud of its 3000+ retail outlets that are served in Saudi alone, this wide network covers the whole of Saudi Arabia making Saveto’s product available instantly to the masses. Saudi Vetonit provides various services to retailers including dedicated account representatives, branding support and signage, in shop marketing materials and demonstrations to shop clients no matter how small the request is.

3. Saveto Plasters Division

Saveto is the first supplier in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to provide bulk supply of plaster products to projects with a complete end to end support of products, equipment and machinery as well as logistical support. The advanced plaster systems provided by Saveto Plasters increase efficiency, decrease waste all while being green low VOC products.

RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT

SAVETO has completed and implemented the integrated management system of Environment and Occupational Health and Safety System. Accordingly, Saveto is now certified in:

ISO 45001 : Occupational Health and Safety Management System - ISO 45001:2018 , OHS 701685

MANUFACTURING CAPABILITIES

Saveto boasts state of the art manufacturing technologies operating 26 manufacturing plants in the MENA region:

• Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam & Rabigh).
• Egypt (10^th of Ramadan City & Sadat City).
• United Arab Emirates (Abu Dhabi & Dubai).
• Jordan (Amman).

All of these are strategically located in industrial areas where all facilities are readily available in addition to being in a close vicinity of major Saveto owned logistical centers that operate extensive distribution and delivery networks.

SAVETO prides itself in manufacturing environmentally friendly products by extracting and manufacturing building materials as close as possible to the building site. By using locally sourced products and conveniently located manufacturing site, SAVETO is able to minimize the energy embedded in the transportation of building material and supply ready to use premixed construction components manufactured off site.

Our distribution network and sales offices cover all areas in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, GCC countries and throughout the MENA region.

In the field of construction chemicals, Saveto’s logistical facilities and distribution network in Saudi is unparalleled by any other; Saveto is the only supplier that has capabilities to deliver products and services anywhere in the kingdom within remarkable standardized times allowing its clients to have a “Just In Time” level of service. Saveto has 3 main regional logistical hubs and an additional 16 centers being fed from the main three hubs.
