For the first time in the United Arab Emirates, Oxygen Free Copper (OFC) is used locally to manufacture busbar. ETP is as well available for the enameling and wire products.

The Factory

Nuhas is a new factory in Abu Dhabi, staffed with experienced people and the most modern equipment available anywhere.

The new production unit at Nuhas is designed as a diverse and specialist production unit, with quick reaction times to customer business and product needs.

Nuhas manufactures Oxygen Free Copper products to a purity of 99.99% and 101% IACS conductivity. We produce as per required specifications of hardness, enameling, paper insulation and thickness of tin coating.

The Quality

At Nuhas, copper cathode is imported from an approved brand of the London Metal Exchange (LME).

Then, we run tests to evaluate quality at every stage of the production process.

And before any product leaves the factory floor, a final testing is completed.

Our laboratory is fitted with the most modern testing equipment to test the quality of every product we produce.

Busbar

Nuhas copper busbar complies with international standards of 99.99% purity and 101% IACS. Oxygen Free Copper removes the potential for hydrogen embrittlement. Busbars are often worked hard, which can lead to pin-holing or cracking being apparent on the bent edge. Nuhas OFC does not suffer from this weakness. Oxygen Free Copper busbar is the right product for demanding projects.

Enamelled Wires

Oxygen free copper is the right choice for wire production. Oxidized impurities often cause weaknesses in the wire. Removing oxygen eliminates the potential for the chemically caused weaknesses. Whatever the class of insulation (120, 130, 150, 180, 200 or 220) or the required thickness (Grade 1, 2, or 3) Nuhas delivers to you the right choice.

PICC

Our production unit can manufacture the bare wire to your exact dimensions. We can also insulate it with your preferred wrapping (Butt Wrapped, Overlapped, or Interwoven), and your preferred type of paper (Kraft, Nomex, or Mica). Copper Wires

NUHAS manufacturers the bare copper wires by the drawing process, the copper wire is used in different cables manufacturing process as cable conductor. NUHAS is offering wide product range of copper wires start from 1.2mm up to 4mm, in addition to the fine copper wires which start from 0.8mm down to 0.2mm. The below table indicates the specification of copper wires.

Copper Strip

Copper strip, play a crucial role in the projects related to construction and along with that, it is also widely used in diverse industries. Copper strips are mainly used in earthing (Lightning Protection Systems).Earthing components must offer both a low resistance to earth and have excellent corrosion resistance.NUHAS copper strips include wide product range starting from 1mm thickness up to 3mm and width from 10mm up to 80mm.The below table indicates the specification of copper strips.
