Under the current ownership and management since 1987, Josam Company is a leading manufacturer of quality plumbing and drainage products. With our products specified and installed worldwide, the management and employees of Josam Company take great pride in the upstanding reputation and many long standing relationships that our company has earned. QUALITY — While continuously striving to anticipate the ever changing industry trends, Josam Company continues to enhance its already wide array of drainage products, manufactured in cast iron, stainless steel, PVC, SMC/GRP and polymer concrete to name just a few. The experienced engineering staff at Josam Company takes the lead role in developing quality products that provide solutions and add value to the facilities where they are installed. Finally and ultimately the most important stage in providing quality products to the marketplace lies in Josam Company’s stringent Quality Control programs. Product quality is continuously actively monitored and enhanced at both Josam’s in house and off-site manufacturing facilities.

SERVICE — Josam’s team of experienced customer service representatives and local sales representatives are eager to provide solutions and support to meet the needs of our customers. Cognizant of the fact that drains are often one of the initial products required for installation, Josam Company does its very best to anticipate the needs of our customers and maintain more than ample inventory levels. The customer service and sales team is supported by a 233,000 square foot manufacturing facility and over 28 local inventories that are fully stocked with Josam Company’s packaged product.

While a good portion of competitiveness lies in the cost of the product, Josam Company also believes that providing exceptional quality products and service also play an important role in being competitive.
