We ILJIN AND CO., LTD was founded in October 1995 and has grown for more than 2 decades successfully with its basic mission to provide customers with professional and technical service of fire protection system and safety system in marine & offshore industry.
After the Lehman situation, however, due to the rapid reduction of marine & offshore industry, We ILJIN AND had to find a new growth engine as a new business area.
Through consultation with experts working at various shipyards and shipping company, we expected that there would be a lot of demands of ICT convergence technology in marine & offshore industry.
Also we expected that the application of ICT convergence technology to the vessel would be further required due to the increasing demands of smart ship, E-Navigation and development of autonomous and unmanned vessel.
So we completed development of Shipboard wired and wireless network system which can be platform for application of ICT convergence technology by using pure domestic material in late 2016.
Furthermore, VOIP Auto Telephone System and None-Explosion IP CCTV System were developed in June 2017 and also IP clock was developed in October 2017.
With the aim of completing development of Explosion-Proof IP CCTV in June 2019 and IP PA & GA in December 2019, we are accelerating the development.
In cooperation with KTSAT which is the only global satellite communication service provider in Korea and KNS which is a world-class satellite antenna manufacturer, we seek to make the second leap by achieving our new mission to become a global leader as a total marine solution provider with communication system based on IP we have developed.
