For nearly five decades, FAWAZ Trading & Engineering Services Co. WLL (formerly known as FAWAZ Refrigeration & Air-Conditioning Co.) has built a legacy of excellence.  The Group was founded in Kuwait on May 30th, 1973 by the late Mr. Mubarak Abdulaziz Al-Hasawi.  FAWAZ started as an electro-mechanical contracting business. With great determination and ambition, it became a diversified multinational business entity, thus it expanded its business into the rest of the GCC countries. A remarkable success on 16 January 1975, when FAWAZ Refrigeration and Air-conditioning Co. (Mubarak Abdul Aziz Al Hasawi & Cos. LLC) was incorporated in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.

We operate in all GCC countries with branches and showrooms in Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain, Oman and Qatar. FAWAZ employs highly skilled multinational employees providing outstanding services to meet clients’ requirements to achieve full satisfaction in all sectors in which we operate.

The Group has become a leader in Facility Management, Refrigeration and Air-conditioning, Fire-Fighting, Fire Alarm and Security, Ventilation and Pumps.  It pioneers in providing new and innovative solutions in the fields of Electro-Mechanical Engineering, Contracting and Installation operations.  It has an excellent track record in the operation and maintenance of major projects in the Commercial, Hospitals, Education, Government, Power Plants, Military and Security and Oil & Gas sectors respectively.

FAWAZ is engaged in integrated Facility Management services, Trading of engineering products, Installation, HVAC contracting and services, and production of Air-Side Ducts and accessories for HVAC Systems.  We are very well recognized in the industry for providing diversified and reliable products, and services to various sectors such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, Institutional, Commercial and Residential.
