Multi Opens Block

Al Yahya Multi Opens Cement Block by steam, and the normal block of density (2.2 gm/cm3), are characterized by high durability that surpass (100 Kg/cm2) and the accuracy of dimensions and available with the following sizes : (10x20x40 cm), (15x20x40 cm) and (20x20x40 cm). The production capacity of the block size (10x20x40 cm) reaches up to (4000000 blocks) annually, while the production capacity of the block size (15x20x40 cm) is (5000000 blocks) annually, and the production capacity of the block size (20x20x40 cm) is (2000000 blocks) every year. Since there is increased demand for the multi opens block, Al Yahya Factoring is currently adding new production lines to increase the production capacity.

Hollow Cement Block (2-Opens)

The (2-Opens) block is characterized by durability, strength and light weight. This product is used in the buildings and special wall fences, whereas the reinforcing steel is inserted in the blocks, then the concrete is casted on them to produce the maximum strength. It is available with cement product and light weight, insulated volcanic product. Available with the following sizes : (10x20x40 cm), (15x20x40 cm), (20x20x40 cm) and (25x20x40 cm).

Hollow Cement Block (3-Opens)

Al Yahya (3-Opens) block is characterized by durability, strength and light weight. This product is used in the buildings and intensively used throughout the Kingdom and Gulf Countries. It is available with cement product and light weight, insulated volcanic product. Available with the following sizes : (10x20x40 cm), (15x20x40 cm), (20x20x40 cm) and (25x20x40 cm).

Soft Cement Block

Al Yahya soft block serves instead of wall plastering, and the painting can be applied directly on the block. Available with the following types : 1- (Multi Opens Block) 2- (2-Opens Block) 3- (3-Opens Block). Sizes : (10x20x40 cm), (15x20x40 cm) and (20x20x40 cm).

Smart Block Patent

The Smart Block is an exclusive private innovation of Al Yahya Factory (AlKharj Road), which is called (Service Block). This block was invented, obtained the patent certificate and registered in Britain and the Arabian Gulf, with all types and forms of blocks (Cement Block- Porcelain Block- Sand Block- and all other materials which are used to produce blocks). This is an exclusive product of Al Yahya Factory (AlKharj Road), since all the buildings need electricity and water extensions inside them to be distributed for W.Cs and kitchens, the electrician or the plumber is forced to break the walls for electricity extensions, wire extensions, water pipes and sewage pipes extensions. The breaking and digging of the walls will cause severe damage which will weaken the walls and make cracks after the finishing, as well as wasting time, effort and money. Therefore, the solution came with this invention because it is characterized with ability to make openings for switch boxes without the need to break the wall since the openings are already available in the block, and also there is a space (1-inch) track for electricity conduits lines and water pipes lines. It is available with cement product and light weight, insulated volcanic product. Available with the following sizes : (15x20x40 cm), (20x20x40 cm) and (25x20x40 cm).

Smart Block (Service Block)

Since all the buildings need electricity and water extensions inside them to be distributed for W.Cs and kitchens, the electrician or the plumber is forced to break the walls for electricity switches, wire extensions, water pipes and sewage pipes extensions. Insulated Cement Block

As Al Yahya Factory is abiding by providing the best high quality insulated block to meet the needs of its
clients, the cooperation has been made with Riyadh Factory for Thermal Insulation to produce the insulation material of high density (28 – 30 kg/m3) which is made of spouted Polystyrene (Styrofoam). The insulated block is strong cement block, and effective heat & cold insulator. It reduces the electrical power consumption which is consumed by air conditioners to cool the buildings by (50%). It conforms with the specifications of the Saudi Specification & Standards Authority and the Electric Company for the construction and finishing of the buildings. Available with the following sizes : (20x20x40 cm) and (25x20x40 cm). Also the Closed Insulator is available with the following sizes : (20x20x40 cm) and (25x20x40 cm). The insulated block is approved in all the projects of the Ministry of Education, all the ministries, consulting offices, engineering offices, municipalities and governorates as fundamental product in the building works. The production capacity of Al Yahya Factory for Cement Block as for the insulated block is (2000000 blocks) every year. Currently, the work is in progress to double the production so as to meet all the requirements and desires of the clients.

Insulated Volcanic Block

Al Yahya Insulated Volcanic Block is characterized with strength, durability and light weight. It is
double insulated at one time : by Polystyrene and the strong light insulating volcanic rock at the same time. Available with the following sizes : (20x20x40 cm) and (25x20x40 cm). Also the Closed Insulator is
available with the following sizes : (20x20x40 cm) and (25x20x40 cm).

Insulated Volcanic Block (Multi Opens Block)

Al Yahya Insulated Volcanic Block is characterized with strength, durability and light weight. It is heat
insulator at the same time. Available with the following sizes : (10x20x40 cm) , (15x20x40 cm) and
(20x20x40 cm).

Volcanic Block (Hordy)

Al Yahya Volcanic Block is characterized with strength, durability and light weight. Available with the following sizes : (20x20x40 cm) ,(25x20x40 cm) and (30x20x40 cm).

Al Yahya Factories produced the Concrete Barriers (New Jersey), Flower Beds,  and Car Parking Fenders because of the increased demand for these products.
