Dado Ceramica is a ceramic industry producing  porcelain stoneware and double-fired tiles  for all architectural uses: residential and commercial .

It was born in 1980 in San Matteo della Decima (Bologna) in the center of the ceramic production area of ​​the Emilia-Romagna region. For 37 years, Dado Ceramica has been a reality in constant aesthetic and technological evolution.

Over time, the range of porcelain stoneware for floors and walls has been added to the  renowned production tradition of  double-fired wall tiles . The Dado Ceramica production is now a true kaleidoscope of ceramic surfaces, a dialogue between color and material, between textures and decorations, formats and graphics,  to customize spaces with style and quality .

Its Made in Italy style   is widespread on all major international markets and has always been a stable and unmistakable presence on the Italian market. Dado Ceramica is the leader of  EcoDADO + Group  formed by the industrial and commercial collaboration of Dado Ceramica,

Certifications

Dado Group has always believed that the quality of its service was the foundation of the commercial success of the Company and has therefore deemed it appropriate to establish a Quality Management System , with the aim of continuously improving the degree of satisfaction of its Customers. With this in mind, in July 2014 , Dado Group obtained certification from the TUV Austria Cert GmbH that certifies the compliance of the company organization with the requirements of the UNI EN ISO 9001 standard . The company has also implemented an Environmental Management System, obtaining in 2015 the certification that certifies compliance with the requirements of the ISO 14001 standard .

In 2016 , compliance with the requirements of UNI CEI EN ISO 50001: 2011 Energy Management Systems was achieved , allowing Dado Group to continuously improve its energy performance, including energy efficiency as well as consumption and use of energy. The controls provided for by these regulations are the most accurate and include all company functions: design, procurement, controls on products and the production process, marketing, after-sales assistance for all commercial brands.

Also in 2016 the OH SAS 18001 certification was also obtained, which deals with the health and safety of workers, ensuring compliance with the requirements for the Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems. In 2017, the UNI EN ISO 14021: 2016 certification (labeling of recycled material) of the Singapore Green Label was obtained . Again in 2017 Dado Group joined the Green Building Council Italy , an independent body which aims to spread a culture of sustainable construction and in particular the promotion of the LEED Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design certification system . Dado Group products contain at least 40% recycled raw materialand allow their users to access LEED credits.

Also in 2017, Dado Group obtained the Greenguard Certification thanks to the production of ceramic materials for building that meet the most stringent limits on chemical emissions and Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs). The company complies with the standards required for the improvement of Indoor Air Quality (IAQ).

In 2018 Dado Group also achieved UPEC certification. This, through strict tests, allows to identify the most suitable products for a specific use based on their technical characteristics and reflects the high quality standards achieved by the group through investments in the most modern technologies and respect for the environment.

The certifications represent the crowning of many years of experience and the recognition of the constant commitment that the company has placed in the search for quality as a priority strategic factor. In accordance with the quality policy, the verification and archiving section of the basic samples and current production operates ; this section constantly checks the technical and aesthetic characteristicsof production and their compliance with the basic samples to ensure the highest quality and precision in the supply.
