SMI is an entity specializing in the
manufacturing of Engineered Products
and Components with over 30 years
of experience. Our primary focus is on
meeting the needs of our customers with
a commitment to excellence in providing
quality products and services, ensuring
customer satisfaction. SMI has fully
implemented the documented Quality
Management System which conform to
the requirements of ISO 9001 / 2008.
SMI’s production cycle is focused on
manufacturing of engineered components
for equipment and machinery that
are widely used in different industries
(including components of SMI’s pumps
and gear- drive products). Proudly, 100%
of the manufacturing process is carried
out in Saudi Arabia; starting with local
procurement of scrap then melting,
casting, machining to the final stage of
product assembly.
The majority of the Engineered Components
activities exported to Original Equipment
Manufacturers (OEMs) in USA and Europe
while the largest share of water pumps and
gear drives (i.e. Water Systems) is attained
by fulfilling demands from local and
regional companies.
