We have always asked many questions about the method of construction, and these questions are:

Is there an easier way to build? Why do we endure all this suffering to build the home of our dreams? Why so many untrained and random workers in implementation? How do we reduce construction errors as well as costs? Why does it take so long to build? Why is traditional construction like a black box, we don't know what's in store for us inside!

All these questions took place in our minds, we, the founders Sultan Al-Najjar and Bandar Shikan, then we decided in 2017 to innovate the ideal solution that solves all the problems of traditional construction, which is building with the Presco cold iron system, which is a system that relies on modern building technology and is a real revolution in the world of construction that will contribute to changing the shape of Construction in Saudi Arabia.

We use appropriate manufacturing machines and trained technical workers, and it is approved by the Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs and Housing and conforms to the Saudi Building Code.

We strive to say goodbye to all the suffering caused by traditional construction and make the construction journey enjoyable!
