Service & Repairs
An average of over (950) repair jobs is attended annually throughout the Kingdom. The repair work ranges from minor controls adjustment to extensive repair that takes extended period of time to complete such as the repairs undertaken on the multi-stage centrifugal chiller systems installed at the site of National Guards Hospital/ Jeddah, King Abdul Aziz Military Academy/ Riyadh and King Abdul Aziz International Airport/ Jeddah and King Faisal Specialist Hospital, Riyadh.
Preventive Maintenance & Operation
We have signed over (1200) maintenance contracts of which an average of (240) contracts are usually running each year. Many of the contracts are renewed for several years and cover equipment ranging from small Unitary Units to Multistage Centrifugal Machines of various brands and makes. The contracts cover Universities, Technical Institutes, Office Buildings, Hotels, Hospitals, Factories, Residential Compounds, Banks, Villas, etc. As an indication of MARCO’s reliable and effective service, over 40% of each year running contracts were being renewed for more than (10) years.
Design, Supply & Installation of HVAC Systems
During the last (10) years, MARCO completed more than hundreds of major projects worth over 100 million Saudi Riyals for the supply and installation of HVAC systems inclusive of the related electro-mechanical work. These projects are spread all over the Kingdom and cover various sizes and brands.
