Company Information

Afras was established in 1976 to compete for construction, operation and maintenance contracts in the central region of Saudi Arabia.


Since then, we have expanded to cover a range of business areas, including hospitality, security, pest control, housekeeping, cleaning, landscaping and commercial gardening.



We are not only highly regarded by our clients, but we also enjoy ratings in nine areas from the Contractors Rating Agency of the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs. For example, we hold a Class A rating in both building maintenance and medical center maintenance.



We have also expanded into other regions: starting with another branch in the Western Region of Jeddah, then we opened offices in Dammam, Taif and more recently in Makkah. Our plan is to open more Afras branches to improve our services across the kingdom.
